The Director General of the President Tinubu Renewed Hope Ideology, Dr. Bridget Igbauke, has hailed the reconciliation between the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume, Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia.
During a press conference on Friday in Abuja, Dr. Bridget Igbauke said the reconciliation of the duo is a good development, “considering that fact both of them are men of timber and calibre, whose influence and charisma needed for the growth and prosperity of Benue State and the entire North Central Zone.
Dr. Bridget stressed the need for women to come out in drove and start mobilising other women in preparation for the 2027 general elections, so that their votes can count, as a basis to bargain for equal rights and equal opportunities in the Nigeria project.
She appreciated Senator George Akume as the doyen and indefatigable leader of North- Central Zone and Gov. Alia as a true harbinger of peace and tranquility.
She called on all and sundry to keep supporting them so that sustainable and accelerated development can be achieved in Benue and the entire North-Centra Central Zone.
Dr. Igbauke called on the supporters of both leaders to work harmoniously for the greatest good of the greatest majority as well as work for the success of APC in Benue State, North- Central Zone.
She said: “In the words of Dr. Mike Murdock “The seeds of progress grow best in the soils of peace”. Also, Late Sage Obafemi Awolowo said where there is love, there is bound to be peace, stability and concord.
“I am appreciating the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume, Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, for exhibiting highest form of maturity in resolving their differences.
“According to Ronald Reagan former President of the United States of America, peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to resolve conflict by peaceful means”.
“We’re working for the emergence of our great and amiable leader President Ahmed Bola Tinubu (the Jagaban of Africa) come 2027, as that is the only way all of us can continually enjoy the exhilaration of victory and other goodies the party have in stock for loyal party men and women post 2027.”
