The Centre for Data Expertise and Improvement (CITAD) has expressed considerations over the continued detention of two Kano residents, Sani Waspapping and Abubakar Adamu, over social media “feedback” in connection to the on-going battle within the Center East by the Division of State Providers (DSS).
An announcement signed by the CITAD Government Director, Y. Z. Ya’u, on Friday indicated that “these actions have been deeply troubling and inconsistent with the constitutional ensures of freedom of expression.”
