“He Never Came Back”- Woman Cries Out as Boyfriend Vanishes, ₦442k Missing From Account

• A Nigerian woman has raised alarm after her boyfriend went missing in Enugu shortly after saying he was going to repair his phone.
• Upon gaining access to his apartment, she later discovered ₦442,000 had been withdrawn from his account.

A Nigerian lady has cried out for help following the sudden disappearance of her boyfriend, identified as Chisom, under troubling circumstances in Enugu State.

According to her account, the last time she spoke with him was on Saturday afternoon, April 11, 2026. She explained that although she resides in Abia State, her boyfriend lived in Enugu and had earlier told her she could visit his house if she was unable to reach him.

During their final conversation, Chisom reportedly mentioned that he was heading to Holy Ghost, Ogbete, to repair his phone. Since then, all attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.

Worried about his sudden silence, the lady said she traveled to Enugu that same night. On arrival at his apartment, she knocked repeatedly but received no response and was forced to spend the night outside.

The following day, with the assistance of neighbors, the door was forced open, but Chisom was not found inside.

She subsequently reported the incident at a police station. Upon returning to the apartment, she discovered his SIM card, which she inserted into her phone, only to find debit alerts indicating that ₦442,000 had been withdrawn from his account.

The incident has since raised concerns, with calls for authorities to investigate the disappearance and the suspicious financial transactions.
