Mase Sounds Off on Megan Thee Stallion Breakup With Savage Take!
Mase has entered the conversation surrounding Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson’s split, questioning why some people believed wedding bells were next.
In the latest episode of It Is What It Is, Mase reacted to the breakup between Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson.
“What was she expecting?” Mase said, drawing laughter from the set.
When the conversation turned to whether Thompson was looking to settle down, Mase responded with another joke.
“Does settle down mean settle?” He later added, “This whole idea with Megan Thee Stallion, I think her reputation precedes her.”

The trio then discussed Megan’s dating history and the public attention around her relationships. Mase made clear he did not assume marriage was guaranteed.
“And he was supposed to marry her?” he asked. “No, he wasn’t supposed to marry her if that’s the list.”
Cam’ron also chimed in, saying that celebrities who publicly share their relationships cannot be surprised when people offer opinions. Meg revealed the split last week via Instagram Stories, accusing Thompson on cheating on her.
“Fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship,” she later said in a statement. “I’m taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity.”
The former couple first went public last July.
