NBA YoungBoy’s Brother Hit With Serious Charges in Texas!

Kendell Gaulden, the brother of rapper NBA YoungBoy, is in custody in Texas after authorities say a party dispute turned violent.

The 22-year-old was arrested on April 20 and is being held in Harris County on a $500,000 bond. The charges stem from an incident three days earlier at a gathering in Houston, according to court records.

Police allege Gaulden argued with Alliyah Jones, who is dating Baton Rouge artist Lil Dump, whose real name is Dedrick Wright. Investigators say the disagreement began after Gaulden took Jones’ car keys without her consent, leading her to contact police.

According to an affidavit, officers believe Gaulden reacted by striking Jones in the face with a semi-automatic pistol. When Wright stepped in, Gaulden allegedly aimed the weapon at him and tried to fire. The gun did not discharge because the magazine had fallen out, authorities said.

Gaulden and Wright have previously appeared together on social media, and Wright has collaborated musically with NBA YoungBoy.

The case adds to Gaulden’s legal troubles in Texas. He was already awaiting trial in a separate matter in which he is accused of threatening a woman and allegedly entering her home, where her dog was shot. He had been released on bond before this latest arrest.

He remains in custody as proceedings continue.
