Cardi B and blogger Tasha K are heading back to court after the rapper accused the social media personality of violating terms tied to their previous defamation settlement.
According to court documents, Cardi B’s legal team is asking a judge to sanction Tasha K, claiming she breached a non-disclosure agreement included in the blogger’s bankruptcy repayment plan.
Cardi B star alleges Tasha K has committed at least 25 separate violations through online commentary that referenced Cardi, her relatives and people connected to her personal life.

In the filing, Cardi claims Tasha engaged in a “relentless course of conduct designed to target and harass [Cardi] and her family.” She also alleges the posts were crafted so Tasha’s audience knew exactly who was being discussed without always using Cardi’s name directly.
The new dispute follows a years-long legal battle that ended with a multimillion-dollar judgment after Cardi successfully sued Tasha K for defamation.
Now, Cardi claims the conflict has continued through repeated posts and podcast discussions involving her former husband, Offset, and former romantic partner, Stefon Diggs. According to the filing, Cardi seeks penalties for any future violations and an order requiring Tasha K to stop discussing her and her family on all platforms.
Tasha K has not publicly responded to the latest filing.
